With the heightened awareness of racial equality in society & the media, the all Black Vogue issues, and with pivotal times in which we live as we're about to embark on something so earth-shattering that the history pages are primed and waiting with baited pen for the next move...it's no huge stretch of the imagination that when Julie approached me with this proposal....I jumped all over the prospect of featuring our Black boys in one major fashion editorial....all blonde no less. Heck, I'd have jumped for this without all the precluding factors....especially with the fact that hands down, Red has the best collection of working Black boys....hands down. As for the outcome.....well, have a look and let me know what you think. :)

With the suave, cool, debonaire looks of Outkast's own Andre 3000 as a prototype, it's no long stretch of the imagination that Ibrahim with his own chic swagger and classic good looks and bearing a somewhat strong resemblence to the man himself would be hand picked to be the face of his new line...Benjamin Bixby....inspired by vintage sports uniform memorabilia.

(see below) Capturing beauties, the likes of Chris Pulliam & Tyler Riggs amongst a few others.....it's clear to see that Matthew Edelstein is meticulous when it comes to the minutest details of his new brainstorm baby. I can't say I blame him...and I operate in pretty much the same fashion.

BRANDON STOUGHTON - CAUSING BLOOD PRESSURES TO RIZE!!!

Gaining WW recognition from Ms. Spear's "Womanizer" video.....it's no wonder Brandon's stock is rising beyond human measure, among clients & average laymen & laywomen alike....haha. Did I say Lay??? But here are some images from one of his first shoots that Ronald Tan sent me this evening. (check out his work by clicking his name below) From the looks of things....Brandon's stock is not the only thing rising. He's causing many a blood pressure to surge to astronomical proportions as well. Ladies and gents...hold on to your boot straps. Rumor has it that his cleft chin is hypnotic. :)
